Why am I called Soap? Glad you asked!!
My first name may be Sophia, but ever since an accidental slip of the tongue by an old friend in 7th grade, I have made it my mission to make SOAP the alias I have in the art world.
Since the age of 11 and an encounter with the manga 'Inuyasha' by Rumiko Takahashi, I have drawn and filled every page of a sketchbook, honing my skills as an artist. My real passion is to be a story teller, comics being my favorite medium of all. I have an ongoing Webtoon called 'Toxic Shock'; a love letter to my relationship of 5 years and the video game series 'Apex Legends' which we bonded over while we fell in love. Click the link provided to read chapter one! Chapter 2 is underway.

(c) 'Apex Legends': Respawn Entertainment
I have two other comics-of my own design and creation- in the works as well, and that's just the beginning. My website is intended to be a way for clients returning and new to get a really good sense of just who they are getting art from. Not only am I making stories, but another passion of mine is to help others interpret their own. Do you have a concept in your head that is precious, but need some help seeing it through? I would love nothing more than to use my imagination to help YOU.
Thank you for visiting my site, and I hope to work with you soon.
Warm regards,
-Sophia (SOAP) Asbury.
